About This Role
At Meltwater, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition (TA) Sourcing Specalist to help form our established APAC TA team. You will be part of the team to proactively source for key talent in Asia, this includes being able to market map competitors as well as building strong pipelines for key roles.

To be successful in this role, you will be able to find talent across multiple countries with a strong cultural awareness and ability to deliver a best in class TA candidate experience. This position can be based in Malaysia or the Philippines and will report into the Head of Talent Acquisition for APAC who is based in Sydney.

You can expect to:

  • Have a huge impact on our culture as you source top talent for Meltwater!
  • In partnership with the Head of TA, develop and implement a sourcing strategy
  • Coordinate with TA and with Hiring Managers to determine position requirements
  • Actively headhunt for talent through a variety of creative sources including emails, phone calls, social media, and industry partners for candidate referrals
  • Identify and screen prospects
  • Arrange candidate interviews with TA & Hiring Managers.
  • Measuring and recording conversion rates.

To be successful you have:

  • Possess a passion for sourcing talented people!
  • 1 + years of recruitment experience as a sourcer or recruiter either in-house or in an agency
  • Proficiency in Mandarin
  • Passion for delivering outstanding TA experiences for all stakeholders
  • A track record of pipeline development in a fast-paced environment
  • Well organised individual, able to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Proactive self-starter with a positive attitude
  • Enthusiastic team player who is inquisitive and eager to learn and innovate
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
