In the position of Customer Success Manager, you are responsible for developing our existing customers through additional sales of software and consulting services. You have a holistic view of the customer journey and drive relationships and business forward. You work to develop your customers through regular polls via physical meetings and online meetings. You will make analyses of customers' needs and come up with concrete solutions for increased use of software and how to streamline and make the businesses more profitable with our solutions.
The position of Customer Success Manager involves a combination of process development and complex sales together with a fantastic team that is characterized by an entrepreneurial spirit and power of initiative. You are offered an introduction where you learn about the products and sales techniques at Lime to get the best conditions for success in the role.
Since you are the first person in the Customer Success team in Lime Norway, you will adapt existing customer success processes to suit the Norwegian market. We work together with the team in Norway as well as the rest of the Customer Success team at Lime.
Education and experience
To thrive as a Customer Success Manager, we believe that you are determined and have an interest in selling and developing our customers. We are a growth company where entrepreneurship, power of initiative, and having fun at work are important parts. Since you will be working with our customers' management, your curiosity and your business understanding will come in handy. Lime is a software product company that develops its own software, and you should be interested in how software can simplify and streamline work processes. Furthermore, you are motivated in a changing environment where you take personal responsibility for the work and prioritization. As a person, you are also organized and structured, and you like to work closely with colleagues. You have an adaptable communication ability that is used to build relationships and build trust with your customers.
This is an ongoing process, ie we run the recruitment process continuously until we find the right person. In the first step, we screen CVs and motivation letters. This is followed by interviews, a practical case, and a reference check. Our process always ends with a final interview with our CEO Nils.
