What we’re looking for & our journey ahead

An experienced .NET Developer that wants to join our team and help us on our journey to become the most user-friendly and intuitive CRM system in Europe. Lime is the market leader in the Nordics in regard to CRM. Now Lime Go will become its own company operating aside from the Lime Group.

What does this mean for you?

  • An awesome product portfolio and a clean tech stack
  • We will have the flexibility and speed of a startup, but still, no individual risk for you, since we’re backed by Lime Technologies
  • A lot of freedom and you can shape the product we build

Lime Go is a Swedish CRM system and a smart sales tool for small and medium-sized businesses. Currently, we have 1600 customers in Sweden, Norway & Denmark but our end goal is to become the obvious CRM-choice for ambitious companies in Europe.

The team today

We are a small, ambitious, and autonomous development team with a backend developer (Philippos), a frontend developer (Charlie), and one product manager (Max). You will get a lot of freedom and we guarantee no code monkey business. We have the ambition to become a team of 7-8 developers within a couple of years. It’s an ambitious goal but we have all the tools to succeed and we’d love to have you as a key part of our team.

Aside from the dev team, we have a fully operational sales, support & marketing organization distributing our product to new users every day. We have the ambition to more than double the size of the dev team within one year.

At Lime (similar to all other development companies) we work with a development process. If you truly are curious about this we will tell you but let’s not bore you with those details in this ad. Since we’re a small team you’ll be able to shape and affect what we develop!

Oh, and every 6th week we have a Tuesday Hackathon where you can do whatever you like :)

Your tasks being a part of our team

As a .NET developer in the Go team, you will constantly be working with improving the UI, listening closely to users, and determining the next big thing for the product. Lime Go contains a lot of data, has a wide variety of customers, and supports high customizability, making it a fun and challenging product to work with.

Some of the upcoming things we will focus on are integrating new third-party data sources, ERP systems, credit card billing, import tools, and calendar integrations. While at the same time continuously improving workflows and customizability to make our customers even more efficient.

You will also have the possibility to integrate Lime Go to other products within the Lime portfolio (we’ve acquired 6 companies over the past years).

Who are we and why Lime?

Your code will affect thousands of businesses and it will help them save time through smart processes, automation and enable them to become a more efficient sales organization. Apart from every six-week hack Tuesday we have a yearly hackathon where all of Lime’s employees participate from different departments. PS. Some of the most appreciated features in the Lime portfolio are products of the Hackathons!

We also have generous employee benefits such as company trips, team trips, six weeks of vacation, pension, monthly pubs, Lime Go merch (coming soon), wellness allowance, allocated budget for personal development, and the opportunity to join one SaaS event yearly sponsored by Lime.

During the ride, we’ll have a good laugh and do a bunch of team activities. Apply now to join our journey, Europe awaits!

We’ve recently finished a 2-year redesign project. Take a look at the journey of the past two years: 2021 - Product Development at Lime, part 3 | LinkedIn

Where?

The Product Manager is located in Stockholm and the developers are in Lund. We’ve got offices in Lund, Stockholm, Gothenburg & Gävle. Not to mention Norway, Denmark, Finland, Netherlands, Germany, and soon Poland. We do enjoy meeting physically and having discussions with a whiteboard and talking nonsense over a cup of freshly brewed Columbian coffee. You can stroll into the office you prefer! However, we’re open to a hybrid/remote role if that is something you value!

The process, step by step

We don’t have a deadline for this role so please feel free to apply whenever!

  1. First off, you’ll get on a screening call with a person on the team.

You might also meet one or multiple members of the team (Anders, Charlie, Max & Philippos).

  1. Then you’ll get a technical assignment to show off your skills.

  2. After that, you will have a more in depth-interview with Jens (Deputy Head of Engineering). Physically, if possible.

  3. Last but not least, you get to meet our CEO (Nils).

Every employee at Lime has their final interview with the CEO because at Lime we want to know each other. Why? Since you spend most of your time at work and therefore, we value fun and challenging times with your colleagues. If possible, we want to combine some of the steps above into one batch, so you’ll become a Limer as fast as you want!

Don’t hesitate to drop your application or reach out to us if you have any questions. See you soon :)

About the company

At Lime, you find a listed company with 9 offices in 6 countries. Founded in 1990 we have been growing by approximately 20 % per year since 2000 – a pace we intend to keep. In 2020 we opened our first non-Nordic office in The Netherlands. Since then, we have entered Germany, and are continuously working on further expansion and acquisition strategies. But those are just facts and figures. The truly great thing about Lime is the people working here. We are a caring and high performing group of people who spread customer love. We go all in to create a world where every customer experience exceeds expectations, making customers’ lives easier through spot-on software and on-point expertise. Something that is still unique for a software company like Lime is that we own the entire product life cycle ourselves. We take care of software development, delivery, and support. We are responsible for keeping the chain intact and running smoothly. We call it #dontbreakthechain
