Mentimeter is one of the fastest growing startups in Sweden, with more than 400 million users worldwide. Our goal is to make presentations more engaging and presenting easier and we are in search of a Conversion Rate Optimization Manager to join our modern, friendly, and diverse SaaS company based here in Stockholm.

This role will require you to lead a wide range of projects to help find new ways to both drive and scale our organic acquisition efforts. You will need to be analytical as well as excited about the idea of analyzing data to optimize our marketing efforts. This role as well as taking on completely new and complex initiatives.

About the team:

As CRO Manager, you will be a member of our Organic Growth team, working alongside team members from both our Product and Marketing departments. The goal of this team is to increase traffic to Mentimeter.com and improve the user experience on our website. The team consists currently of one SEO, one Content and Copywriter, one Tech Lead, one CRO consultant and one team lead.

Role responsibilities:

  • Analyze the data to identify opportunities and define growth hypothesis.
  • Conduct research and pre-studies to evaluate business impact.
  • Setup & implement experiments.
  • Provide project overviews, progress reports, and result summaries.
  • Constantly track and compound learnings and distribute them in the organization.
  • Support team members with strategies and analysis related to SEO and CRO.
  • Collaborate with other teams to support them in achieving their goals, like the sales team or the marketing automation team.

The Mentimeter office is in Stockholm and we can support re-location within the EU.

Skills & Requirements

The ideal applicant will have:

  • 3+ years of relevant work experience within CRO.
  • A proven track record with A/B testing & CRO.
  • Desire to drive change.
  • Strong digital analytics skills and proficiency with GA/GTM and other relevant tools (Mixpanel, Intercom, Metabase etc.).
  • Demonstrated ability to turn analysis into actionable insights and clear recommendations.
  • Demonstrated experience of stakeholder & project management.
  • Good understanding of UX/UI.
  • Knowledge of A/B testing tools.
  • Great knowledge in digital analysis and user research.
  • Experience from experiments in a high tempo.

It's a bonus if you have:

  • Experience working with B2B2C SaaS products.
  • Across several markets.
  • Good knowledge of 3rd party experimentation and monitoring technologies such as Split.io, Optimizely, and Google Experiment.
  • Understanding of AB tests on REACT.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS).
  • Knowledge of Page Speed Optimization and an interest in UX design.
  • Test-driven frontend code.

Excellent communication skills and being able to work both independently and in a team are some other traits we are looking for in all of our colleagues.

You don’t have to know Swedish (we are an English-first organization, all your work will be in English, and the Mentimeter team currently features over 28 different nationalities!).
