Job Description

Our central SAP team is growing and we are looking for our SAP Test manager who want to be part of building Coop's central testing capability.

This is an exciting and new role at Coop and we are looking for you who want to be involved and design the role according to the needs of the business. The role of SAP Test Manager means that you will define processes, competencies and working methods within the test area and to take responsibility for building up our virtual test organization. The role is primarily responsible for test strategy and roadmap for testing within SAP and acts both in administration and acts as support for major projects / programs.

*What You’ll Do*

Responsible for test automation, including framework, control and planning.
Responsible for design and control of the test process within SAP systems in COOP IT's system landscape.
Responsible for collecting test requirements, maintaining backlog and prioritizing.
Plan and lead the necessary SAP test activities to secure developed release plans. This includes functional integration tests, end-user tests and regression tests.
Responsible for test data in our E2E processes, including our "legacy" applications.
If necessary, coordinate performance tests and safety tests.
Collaborate with IPC manager, other SAP roles such as Release manager, Application manager, architects etc.
Collaborate with partners and suppliers.
Continuously improve the testing process at Coop within the framework of SAP.

Skills & Requirements

Who are you?

We expect you to be used to complex solutions and that you have experience of having worked with SAP and of course testing. A big plus is if you are proficient in Test Suite within SAP Solution Manager. In this position you will have daily contact with most people within our SAP organization which means that you need to be a skilled communicator, with good social skills and the ability to handle many tasks at the same time.

Working towards projects and management is just as important and engaging for you no matter what. Making difficult decisions and daring to push on is something you find fun and edifying.

As we are in the beginning of our SAP journey it is an advantage if you have experience of having built up a test organization.
