Hurtigruten Group is the world’s leading adventure travel group, offering unique small-ship and land-based adventures from pole to pole – and anywhere in between. We take our guests to the most spectacular areas on the planet, offering a mix of pristine wilderness and visits to genuine local communities. Hurtigruten ITOT delivers secure and stable global IT and OT services to all companies in the Hurtigruten Group. We pride ourselves on continuous development and innovation, and the driving force behind constant business growth is the presence of skilled and dedicated project managers.
We are now looking for a highly skilled technical project manager to join the team. The project manager in Hurtigruten Expedition is responsible for planning, engineering, coordination, execution, and overall management of all physical ITOT maintenance tasks and new build/refurbishment projects for the fleet. The ideal candidate will have production experience as well as strong planning and oversight skills.
A key objective of the projects Hurtigruten execute, is to elevate our ability to deliver a world-leading guest experience. The ITOT components of these projects play an integral part in making this a reality. Our project manager will need to cover the entire spectrum from “under the hood” ITOT infrastructure deliverables that enable everything on top to flow, to end-user entertainment systems both high above and below sea level.
Getting to know our products and our fleet will be a natural prerequisite for the project manager’s work. You will report to the VP of Group IT and will get to experience our ships first hand, cultivate relationships between landside and seaside organisations, as well as ITOT and the other business areas in Hurtigruten.
