The job
We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer to join us in building our automation and communication platform. We help solve our customers communication needs by automating repetitive tasks in help desk, sales and marketing. We are looking to do a technical shift and move parts of it to kubernetes running on AWS - do you wanna be part of it from the start?
Software is the core part of our business at Lime and we work together in a cross-functional team for the engineering teams to get the business input. Together with our Product Owners we use ShapeUp as the agile methodology. We meet regularly and decide what’s essential to the product and how it should evolve.
The Engineers at Lime are problem solvers who strive to understand how everything fits together. We do pragmatic solutions to hard problems, a good mix of freedom and responsibility, and most importantly – have a great time at work! We are encouraged to come up with new ideas and experiment a lot. We think long-term and our ambition is to write clean and maintainable code. We take ownership of architecture and automated testing.
We always stick to the “best tool for the problem” approach – we listen to industry trends with interest, but evaluate if something is right for us. We do things that matter to our customers and maintain a vision to stay on the right path.

Have experience with developing and hosting SaaS solutions on AWS, setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps) and previous experience in taking architectural responsibilities in projects
