Who is our new Head of Marketing?
You have an exceptional business mindset and see it as a matter, of course, that sales and marketing work together closely to maximize results. Furthermore, you can balance the strategic marketing perspective with operational project management of critical projects in the marketing department. You are goal-oriented and have a great understanding of what it takes to generate demand and support the sales process through B2B marketing.
You are an experienced and action-oriented leader. What you bring to the table are strategic ideas and concrete suggestions on how we can become even better in our marketing efforts. Through engaging leadership, you also ensure that these ideas are followed through. Quite simply, you take ownership for getting things done and us reaching our goals.
Who will you be working with?
Lime is a fast-growing SaaS company listed on Nasdaq Stockholm, with offices in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, the Netherlands, and Germany. We have always carried out our work in a professional, yet easy-going manner and we believe that this description also fits you. With a strong and dedicated marketing team, most of them based at our headquarters in Lund, we create most of our content centrally and then adapt it to our local markets.
The marketing team works under the same umbrella as the sales team and we are involved a little here and there, especially on the product side, so your role will have many contact points within the organization.
