The focus of your role

We’re looking for a Lead Application Supporter (f/m/d) to employ in Munich area within our business unit Digital Engineering and Manufacturing Services (DEMS). You will build with us the added value we’re proud to offer to our clients.

What you´ll do

• Responsibility for a small team of three supporters
• You are supporting a document management service, based on IBM FileNet application and a Teamwork Cloud service
• As part of the team, you will solve user level tickets and manage the Linux based application
• You will have to deploy application updates and maintain data consistency
• Maintaining and updating technical documents and procedures
• Communicate and collaborate with the team and with the client about technical decision and work progress

What should you bring

• BSc/MSc in software engineering, computer science, information technology, information systems, computer engineering, or similar.
• Work experience with support tasks and leading a team
• Good knowledge of Unix/Linux, Eclipse IDE, Maven, experience with ORACLE-SQL
• Experience with Eclipse, Know-how in document management, Jasper Reports is a plus
• Knowledge of applets, WAS server and Java is a plus
• High motivated team player, with interest in working in multicultural teams

• Fluent in German and English
