About this role

Our team consists of experienced consultants who continue to build on established rapport with our clients – in this role you will be partnering with the customer success team in Hong Kong and work closely with our top clients to ensure success in their strategy regarding social, online and print media. We turn external data into actionable insights, help measure our customer’s media performance, as well as monitor competitor movements and other key external concerns through Meltwater’s suite of solutions.

You will work with our Account Managers to drive strategy, engagement and widespread product adoption through all stages of the client life cycle. Working closely with the Managing Directors, you will be responsible for translating media coverage and analytics into business insights. To be successful in this position, you will need consultation and critical thinking skills and a passion for helping clients achieve results. Measures of success include product adoption, client satisfaction and retention levels, and contribution to the overall sales team.

What will you be doing?

  • Be an expert on Meltwater platform solutions inside out, demonstrate a mastery of Meltwater products and solutions.

  • Work with Key Account Managers on managing our client portfolio and ensuring our customers are achieving their desired outcomes.

  • Provide timely assistance to clients regarding their platform searches, dashboards, and reports.

  • Monitor and analyze traditional and social media for clients, competitors, industry trends, regulation changes and related events/campaigns using Meltwater tools

  • Compile media reports, analyze and summarize coverage, and flag important issues to client teams in real-time

  • Conduct in-depth quantitative research on topics of importance to clients, to help them show how specific audience groups are reacting across social media, web, forums, news and blogs, as well as uncover trends and insights that emerge from the data

  • Guide clients through onboarding, implementation, account management and renewals.

  • Build trust and relationships within the client's organization at all levels
  • Inform and drive knowledge by challenging the status quo across traditional and social channels
  • Grow your knowledge on of the China and Asia media intelligence competitive landscape
