We are therefore looking for a People & Culture Manager to join the P&C team at ARC.
As People & Culture Manager at ARC you will be working towards our different companies leading the P&C agenda, with an extra focus on steering and targeting our learning and development initiatives supporting the development of our people and leaders across the group. As the role is new within the group, this is a huge opportunity for you to be part of building something new and really make a difference. You will be key for supporting our managers and employees in reaching their full potential.
Responsibilities

Close collaboration with our managers supporting in everything people related

Lead/Support our senior management calibration sessions

Facilitating our coaching forums
-
Facilitate and continuously develop our onboarding processes

Make sure our offerings within our own academy (called ARCademy) is relevant and up to date

Set the annual ARCademy training plan, based on business needs and employee requests

Enable and further develop effective knowledge sharing sessions between our companies

Support our people in producing world-class training, and facilitate train-the-trainer sessions

Scale successful training initiatives

Skills & Requirements
We are looking for someone with experience from working with the development of other people. You have a proven record of facilitating, steering and prioritizing initiatives aimed to develop people and leaders. You also have a university degree within a relevant field. Do you have experience or an understanding of driving these initiatives within a consultancy organization or similar as well as previous leadership experience, that's a plus.
We believe that you have excellent stakeholder management, project management and communication skills together with an inner drive and a curiosity and willingness to learn.
