CRM Business Analyst

We are currently looking for a CRM Business Analyst to join our newly created Digital Customer Experience team, with the focus on Salesforce projects. You will become part of the Global Salesforce practice and you will be working on a project basis in a multinational team engaged in a wide range of Salesforce projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in Salesforce implementation projects from start to finish.
  • Performs “As-Is” and Fit/Gap analyses in to map our offerings and capabilities to the Client business needs.
  • Works closely with technical architects to make the bridge between the business team and IT team.
  • Presents and leads client sessions and requirement workshops
  • Provides knowledge of the Salesforce platform to make adequate design decisions & propose solutions to requirements based on industry & technology best practices.
  • Design and deliver customer journeys by wireframing, prototyping and user interface designs in collaboration with UI designers.
  • Defines test cases and executes testing to confirm that solution performs as per the business requirements.
  • Coordinates releases and post Go-Live materials (e.g. training documentation, training sessions).

You need to have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Good communication skills (written and oral)
  • Business analyst capabilities (req. gathering, documentation, testing, workshops)
  • UX design experience in a successfully launched web, mobile application
  • Must speak Hungarian

Advantage:

  • Salesforce.com Administrator Certification
  • Experience in Salesforce.com platform
  • Experience in business consultancy in the financial sector
