Internal Communications Designer - Freelance (Game Studio)

Job Description

World-renowned game studio in Stockholm is looking for a talented Communications Designer to join their Stockholm office on a long-term freelance contract. They are looking for a dedicated designer who can help them develop and evolve their internal brand and communication design. Someone who understands what it's like to design for different aspects of the business and has got the ability to adapt to diverse mediums.

You are:

• Able to visually communicate the message the studio want to convey in a project/task
• Hands-on designing with the intended target audience in mind
• Designing for diverse platforms, ie. Digital, internal company platforms, events, templates in M365, newsletter templates, guides, signage, etc.
• Able to create specific templates for general use and/or bespoke designs for custom cases
• Thinking strategically in laying out of visuals and copy
• Collaborative and an effective team player in projects, as well as able to deliver independently on last-minute requests

You will:

• Design hybrid workplace framework guide (potentially becoming Employee Handbook guide)
• Support in ad hoc designs for presentations
• Design studio space signage
• Create email newsletter assets
• Design studio events
• Develop Employer Brand assets

You have:

• Graphic designer background (by education and/or experience)
• Experience designing for digital platforms
• Mid-level seniority, with an ability to take direction from the Art Directors & produce based on approved brand assets

Start: ASAP
Contract: 12 months
