Ridesum is looking for a Growth Marketer who can take the lead in growing our user base and enhancing the user experience. You work strategically and operationally together with our tech and marketing teams.
This position is ideal for an analytical Growth Marketer who are curious and who likes to move between marketing and product, rapidly testing, learning and scaling new tactics. The role is perfect if you like both acquisition and customer journeys. We’re a start-up so you must be a highly-motivated, detail-oriented and a self-starter with a proven track record of delivering results.
Optimization of our funnel to always improve the performance, driving traffic to the app, website, landing pages, social media.
You will lead our digital advertising initiatives - develop, planning and manage, at all stages of the funnel across multiple channels including Google Ads and social media.
Full ownership of managing SEO.
Conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles, being able to apply CRO hacks.
Scaling and automating the growth processes.
Analyse our users Customer Journey and constantly improve the Ridesum experience.
Make the product more user-centric, and sticky based on data and feedback, together with the tech team.
Skills & Requirements
We are looking for someone who ...
Has previous working experience from Growth and an app company, preferably marketplace or SaaS.
Analytical approach with a strong ability for analysing data.
You are used to marketing automation, a real fan of Google Analytics, App Store, Google Play, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager and Mailchimp.
You are mad about A/B testing, optimization, analysing the data and users’ feedback.
Has editing skills and is fluent in English.
Is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, early-stage start-up environment. You a team player – but enjoy working independently.
Big plus if you have education within related fields and experience from referral marketing.
