The Trainee is responsible for supporting the team in finding new advertisers and partners, running partnership programs and other day-to-day tasks. As an intern, you will receive a mentor who will accompany you in developing your career at Adtraction.

Daily tasks & job duties

  • Identify and search for new, prospecting advertisers

  • Offer Adtraction solutions, adapt and customize recommendations quickly to suit varying customers needs

  • Actively work to build and expand Adtraction’s customer base

  • Maximize performance of managed accounts

  • Service multiple advertisers concurrently, often meeting deadlines in specific, high sales seasons (ex. Black Friday)

  • Recruitment of partners to specific programs


  • Use CRM system

  • Maintain good service and results with customers

  • Reporting the results of your work to your manager
