The Trainee is responsible for supporting the team in finding new advertisers and partners, running partnership programs and other day-to-day tasks. As an intern, you will receive a mentor who will accompany you in developing your career at Adtraction.
Daily tasks & job duties
Identify and search for new, prospecting advertisers
Offer Adtraction solutions, adapt and customize recommendations quickly to suit varying customers needs
Actively work to build and expand Adtraction’s customer base
Maximize performance of managed accounts
Service multiple advertisers concurrently, often meeting deadlines in specific, high sales seasons (ex. Black Friday)
Recruitment of partners to specific programs
Responsibilities
Use CRM system
Maintain good service and results with customers
Reporting the results of your work to your manager
