Who are we looking for?

  • You will be managing a local team of 6 HR officers, a HR Data Analyst and a HR Contract Administrator and working closely with offshore HR Business Services teams in Poland and India, dealing with the operational aspects of the employee life cycle, out of which on/offboarding, answering benefits related questions (such as insurances, personal flex plan, federal mobility budget), preparation of promotion/salary letters, calculation of performance bonuses and different compliance aspects thereof. Guide the team to reach the highest quality standards in the deliverables
  • You will be responsible for Compensation and Benefits for all 5 Business Units in Belgium: manage the annual budget and compensation review process, conduct external benchmarking of salaries and various reward elements to ensure competitiveness, keep abreast with new trends and best practices in the field, apply effective communication strategies to support various total reward strategies
  • As International Mobility Lead, you will also be overseeing the immigration process of our assignees, their salary and benefits packages, pre-departure and settling-in assistance. You will be working closely with offshore HR Business Services teams in Poland and India. Develop and maintain relationships with immigration experts, tax specialists, relocation companies to ensure that they receive the appropriate support

  • Your direct colleagues are the HR Managers and Talent Acquisition Managers of the different business units. You will report to the HR Director BE (all based in Belgium).

Your profile:

  • Bachelor or Masters’ degree in HR Management
  • Several years of experience in HR role(s) in an international environment
  • Good knowledge of social legislation under PC 200
  • High level of energy, bold attitude with an eye for improvement
  • Strong planning and organization skills, high level of accuracy
  • Strong process- thinking capabilities
  • A true team player with strong stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in Dutch, French and English
