Skills & Requirements

The Client Service Engineer is a client specialist that builds and maintains the Client infrastructure for the Employee Platforms team in Hurtigruten by following and implementing best practice continuous integration and delivery solutions. We are now looking for a new colleague to join our team in London.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent 2nd & 3rd line service support onsite & remote
  • Support and develop our endpoint management platforms (Microsoft Intune, Mobile Device Management, System Center Configuration Manager)
  • Maintain and support Hurtigruten`s back office systems (AD, Azure AD, IGA/IDM, Exchange ++)
  • Partner with technology or business system owners to design, develop or change internal services and work tools to improve business processes and user experience
  • Drive smaller initiatives and projects on behalf of the team

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or relevant field
  • Experience working with Windows and MAC environments, Microsoft 365 applications, Jira & Confluence, collaboration tools for teams and other commonly used applications
  • Good understanding of ITIL processes is desired
  • Experience with asset management is considered positive
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbally
