About the role
The newly established IT systems tribe at reMarkable is responsible for the IT strategy, IT architecture, and for developing and maintaining the IT solution portfolio that will secure our global growth. As a CRM system delivery manager your main responsibility will be to be a part of developing the solution architecture within the CRM domain and configure Salesforce to fit rM/business needs.
As a CRM system delivery manager you will work closely with our CRM system architect and have a central role in developing the CRM domain. In this role, you will have a unique opportunity to participate in building our IT solutions within the CRM domain from the ground up - without being limited by legacy structures.
Main areas of responsibility are:
Work closely with our CRM system architect with defining and maintaining the target IT architecture within the CRM domain
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) within all aspects of CRM solutions, including business requirements, technical requirements, system configuration, and system upgrades
Lead and participate in analysis sessions to determine application requirements for new Salesforce implementations or other implementations related to the CRM domain
Design and implement business processes and integrations between Salesforce and other applications
Extend capability of Salesforce through creation of new entities, forms, work flows, dashboards, reports etc.
Collaborate with other system managers, business analysts, system architects and IT professionals to implement CRM solutions
Perform Salesforce application testing of configurations and customizations and bug fixing
Perform data migration and user management activities
Assist with deployment and provisioning activities
Examples of other tasks are:
Assist in identifying and implementing third party applications to enhance and support the CRM solution
Assist on creating a platform roadmap for the development of Salesforce
Create overview on the health state of Salesforce environments
Refresh sandbox(es) and ensure coordination with affected user groups
Improve and update solution and system maintenance documentation
Review incidents and ensure proper level of prioritization and reporting
Who are you?
You have a bachelor's degree, a masters degree would be a strong advantage
You have 3+ years of development/system management experience
You have a deep understanding of the CRM domain
You have experience with CRM implementations from larger Norwegian, Nordic or international organizations
You have hands-on Salesforce configuration/development and/or implementation experience
You are structured and analytical
You are a problem solver and have an “outside the box thinking” personality
You are a teamplayer across teams and domains
