About the role
As a Salesforce Administrator your main responsibility will be to be a part of the IT team within the customer domain and work closely with our Salesforce System Managers with configuring Salesforce to meet the business needs. In addition you will have a central role in the adoption work and assisting our users. You will also be responsible for keeping the platform in a healthy state. You will have a unique opportunity to be part of our new IT team to establish and maintain the solutions from one of the world’s leading CRM platforms.
Main areas of responsibility are:
Support the users on our Salesforce CRM platform
User management including maintaining roles and profiles and permission rules
Support with login issues and fixing data records
Help users develop or fine-tune reports
Troubleshoot email campaigns, workflows, approval cycles, or auto-responders that generate excessive bounced mails
Data management including data duplication analysis and data import to maintain data quality
Manage the security model of platform and perform audit trail
Platform configuration and modification of solutions
Responsible for internal Salesforce support tickets handling
Examples of other tasks are:
Monitor the health state of the Salesforce environments
Run all APEX tests in the system to spot any new errors that may have crept in due to “harmless” changes
Prepare and test new Salesforce releases in test environments
Assist on refresh of sandboxes
Assist on deployment
Data archiving
Who are you?
You have a bachelor's degree
You have Salesforce system administration experience
You are a Salesforce Certified Administrator
You have hands-on Salesforce configuration/development and/or implementation experience
You are service-minded
You are structured and analytical
You are a problem solver and have an “outside the box thinking” personality
You are a teamplayer across teams and domains
