Noid is a new Studio in Stockholm, part of the Canadian global entertainment company, ​​Spin Master. We have their IPs, ideas and inspiration and we’re starting to create something magical!

To help us in our journey, we’re looking for a Senior Rendering Engineer who will be responsible for the implementation of the core rendering technology as well as many of the tools used in the creation of Open World games.

We need someone to create design documents and specifications outlining rendering architecture, design and implementation meeting overall technical and business requirements.

You’ll have the ownership of the rendering framework, design and develop the implementation roadmap but also will have the responsibility to establish and build the core pieces of the rendering technologies in the games.

You’ll work with artists in design and creation of art workflows in addition to the engineering team to enable effective build automation and deployment.

You’ll contribute to all stages of the product life cycle, design, implementation, testing, release, deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting. But more than that, you’ll help us to build our team together.

Skills & Requirements

We expect you to have software development experience and a degree in computer science or equivalent experience.

We’re looking for candidates who have professional experience designing and implementing rendering technology and tools, as well as experience with multi-core job based, asynchronous implementations, multi-threaded code and algorithms.

You have implementation experience in Unity3D, C# and you also have in-depth experience of GPU shaders and rendering.

You have experience in profiling and troubleshooting production systems including performance bottlenecks and software faults, also knowledge in both native and managed languages and also experience with distributed development such as Git, CI/CD, pipelines, etc.

We’re looking for a team player, someone who will become a valued member of the engineering team.
