The business area eCommerce is now looking for a senior eCommerce manager to join the team of other eCommerce talents in supporting our clients digital growth through improved processes and teams, clear strategy and well functioning sales and marketing channels.

You will have a team of eCommerce managers that share knowledge, support each other and together we develop the Curamando eCommerce offering. As an eCommerce consultant at Curamando you will get the chance to work with some of the biggest Swedish companies. You might be an interim eCommerce manager for half a year working together with experts and strategists from ARC and the client enabling the company’s growth. Next you might change company size and industry and lead an eCommerce strategy project. The job is diverse and you will quickly broaden your eCommerce experience through multiple projects and skilled colleagues from different backgrounds.
There is no classical job description or list of what the role entails, instead we are looking for your broad experience from multiple companies and trust that you can navigate different stakeholders, platforms and a broad range of eCommerce challenges.
We believe you have strong experience and great interest in digital sales and eCommerce. Through the years you have managed eCommerce teams and gained solid understanding in how traffic, offering and conversion plays together to generate digital revenue and the importance of a good collaboration with IT and other stakeholders.
Additionally, you have a track record in growing eCommerce businesses and have successfully driven the growth agenda and supported your team(s). We see that you are solution oriented, enjoy facing new challenges and meeting new people. As a senior colleague within the eCommerce team we see that you can take on roles as eCommerce manager for our larger clients as well as driving the business development for customers in need of a digital transformation.
Skills & Experience
Strong experience of eCommerce (7+ years)
Strong track record within digital growth
Budget and forecasting experience
Operative or strategic ownership of marketing, CRO and offering
Experience form building and leading teams within marketing and/or CRO/UX
Strong leadership skills
Fluent Swedish & English in writing and speaking
Qualifying experience, but not mandatory
Experience from P&L responsibility
Experience with change management and supporting other departments in how to grow or gain a more profitable eCommerce business from e.g.; a logistic, pricing and assortment perspective
Experience with third-party sales channels (e.g. Marketplaces, social commerce) would be an asset
Strong experience in pricing, product management, e-com platforms and/or last mile would also be an asset
