To help us get there, we need new colleagues ready to make a real difference through their work – and that’s where you come in.
About the role
We are looking for our Head of Talent Acquisition to design and apply strategies that will help us attract and hire the best people in our growth journey, for the entire company from technology to design and operations departments.
Responsibilities include managing a team of recruiters and crafting recruitment strategies for various roles, from entry-level to executive-level positions, nationally and globally. You should be able to ensure we provide an excellent candidate experience while meeting our business goals and filling our vacancies. You will also be deeply involved in the day-to-day activities of recruiting and hiring, to ensure we meet our targets.
Ultimately, you will build a strong employer brand for our company, together with dedicated people from our marketing department, so that we can develop strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
