As IT Service Desk Agent US, you’ll be responsible for Provide IT support to Hurtigruten people. The person will be a part of an active first-line IT team, responsible to resolve IT incidents, and service requests, from simple to mid-complex cases in a timely manner with quality, and active communication on the case status

Skills & Requirements

We need a person who resolves IT issues and executes requests as fast as possible, with quality.

When a Hurtigruten employee has an issue with the IT environment/assets their mission is impacted. And our Guests may be impacted as well.

The nightshift agent will make sure that the Hurtigruten people can get their issues, sorted out during US/APAC timezone. the
