As Marketing Manager at Sniph, you'll be responsible for the overall marketing strategy and brand building in order to influence, understand, and improve all steps of the customer journey. You will create and expand our online and offline marketing strategy and distribute budget to meet overall company growth goals. Growing the Sniph brand and drive targeted website traffic & sales via relevant and timely digital marketing campaigns. To be successful in this role you will need to both see the big picture as well as the details, and be able to prioritize and execute rapidly.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Responsible for the overall brand strategy and brand building for reaching the overall company strategy and financial goal
Manage all marketing and campaigns, including PR, event and overall marketing activities
Responsible for creating and implementing an annual marketing plan and activity plan
Gather consumer insights and turn it into actions
Coordinate and project lead campaigns, marketing activities, special projects and collaborations
Ensure that all marketing initiatives are in line with the overall company brand strategy and carried out in the best possible way and the follow-up of all initiatives
Handling daily questions regarding marketing related matter
Collaborate with team members within, design, product and external advertising agencies to improve sales performance
Analyse and report results and learnings
Organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects
Fluent in English & Swedish both written and oral
REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
Minimum 3 years of experience within marketing, communication or similar
You have experience from E-commerce and ideally have worked with a subscriptions based business model
Experience in digital marketing channels such as social media marketing, display advertising, affiliate and search engine marketing
Results oriented with good problem-solving skills and ability to take initiative
Competent to take management responsibility
Ability to work under pressure and multi-task
Proven structural and analytical with great organisational skills
Industry knowledge, and experience and passion for perfume and scented products is a +
Have experience from working with analytical tools such as Google Analytics and calculating metrics such as CAC, COS, LTV and ROI
Proficient in Excel
Fluent in English and Swedish (only applications in English will be considered). Fluent in other language is a bonus.
