Jobylon offers a modern hiring software (SaaS) to companies who want to create and share beautiful job ads and manage their applicants with ease. The recruitment industry has stayed unchanged for too long whilst the need for a simple and efficient tool has increased.

Today, we work with nearly 1,000 employers from more than 80 countries, including amazing organisations such as Skanska, R-kioski, Toknanni, Schibsted and many more!

We want to join forces with a dedicated, eager and passionate Account Executive who will be responsible for driving new accounts into our customer base in Finland, steering Jobylon towards its expansion targets in this region. This role is a unique opportunity if you want to become a key player and get the opportunity to build your own team working towards the Finish market.

Skills & Requirements

What you’ll be doing

As an Account Executive, your goal is to drive our growth, develop business and take responsibility for customer acquisition and business expansion in Finland. This includes tasks such as:

  • Be responsible for your own success within the Finish market, ensuring incremental growth in monthly recurring revenue, whilst providing the best sales experience possible for our customers.

  • Managing the entire sales cycle from reaching out to leads to securing a deal.

  • Exceeding monthly sales targets by winning new customers.

  • Work closely with our Marketing and Customer success team to drive continuous improvement to Jobylon's offering based on customer feedback and needs.

  • Be on top of it all and keep abreast of industry news, technologies, trends within HRtech

Your profile

  • Around 3-5 years experience with B2B sales

  • Ideally, you will have experience working in the HR Tech or SaaS industry

  • To strive in this role, we believe you care about growth, development and mastering new skills.

  • To strive in this role we also believe you are energetic, passionate, highly strategic and competitive by nature

  • You are a collaborative team player and agree with us that teamwork means working together and having fun while we grow as a company

  • Fluency in Finish language and English required

About the company

At Jobylon, our mission is to simplify hiring and to empower hiring managers. We believe that the technology exists to simplify people's lives and in our case, the hiring and recruitment process. Up until now, a hiring software has been associated with an administrative tool, a tool that you have to use but rarely enjoy working with.
