We want to join forces with a dedicated, eager and passionate Account Executive who will be responsible for driving new accounts into our customer base in Finland, steering Jobylon towards its expansion targets in this region. What you’ll be doing
As an Account Executive, your goal is to drive our growth, develop business and take responsibility for customer acquisition and business expansion in Finland. This includes tasks such as:
Be responsible for your own success within the Finish market, ensuring incremental growth in monthly recurring revenue, whilst providing the best sales experience possible for our customers.
Managing the entire sales cycle from reaching out to leads to securing a deal.
Exceeding monthly sales targets by winning new customers.
Work closely with our Marketing and Customer success team to drive continuous improvement to Jobylon's offering based on customer feedback and needs.
Be on top of it all and keep abreast of industry news, technologies, trends within HRtech
Your profile
Around 3-5 years experience with B2B sales
Ideally, you will have experience working in the HR Tech or SaaS industry
To strive in this role, we believe you care about growth, development and mastering new skills.

You are a collaborative team player and agree with us that teamwork means working together and having fun while we grow as a company
Fluency in Finish language and English required
