Vaimo is looking for a business-oriented People Coordinator

We are looking for a People Coordinator who will play a key role in achieving our future growth objectives for the Center of Excellence which is currently located in Ukraine, Poland, and various remote locations with a focus on Ukraine market. Together with the local management team, you will work on improving employee relations, implementing and maintaining HR best practices, and building a sustainable organization.
You will report to the Country Manager.
AS PEOPLE COORDINATOR YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Onboarding/offboarding of employees.
Working to manage and improve People Operations workflows that support the team and the broader organization.
Helping with various arrangements internally, from travel to processing expenses.
Driving the increase in employee engagement.
Improving corporate culture during the remote working model.
Developing motivation and team-building programs.
Ensuring the integrity of People data.
Partnering with Talent Acquisition and supporting the recruitment process if needed.
Participating in additional HR Ops-related projects (local&global).
Ensuring your business satisfies local and international employment laws.
Providing support at all stages of talent management: adaptation, evaluation, C&B, churn, L&D, promotion, and managing burnout risks.
Being a trusted advisor for managers and employees.

WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE:
A can-do attitude and resilience even in the fast-changing environment;
3+ years of professional People administration experience in an international company;
Hands-on experience in using HRIS systems, engagement tools, and community platforms.
Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills;
Very good project and time management skills
Innovative approach but also keep work law, data protection, and compliance in mind when designing and optimizing new feature
At least Upper-Intermediate English (verbal and written)
We don’t expect you to know everything but we do expect you to learn fast. A good foundation would be to have an academic education within HR or similar in combination with a few years experience from roles such as HR generalist within IT. If you have previous experience from a fast-growing company you probably have a lot to bring to us. If not, that is maybe the piece that you are missing today.
AS A PERSON YOU ARE driven, self-motivated, and enjoy working in a fast pace environment that constantly challenges and develops. You have a coaching approach with very good social skills. To succeed in the role you need to be brave, open, and transparent in your communication and at the same time be smooth and prestigeless.
