The Technology Transformation team has seen a rapidly increasing demand for ServiceNow-solutions lately and is therefore initiating a substantial investment focused on expanding our capabilities within the area. By combining KPMG:s competences in digital transformation with our deep knowledge in business processes, we can support our clients in a unique way in their entire journey towards becoming truly integrated!
As a ServiceNow Delivery Project Manager operating across the enterprise, you will lead and manage the end to end delivery of multiple programmes within the KPMG portfolio. You will be responsible for the delivery of world class ServiceNow based solutions supported by a team of solution architects, business analysts, developers and testers. You will manage a portfolio of projects and / or delivery of a complex, multi workstream programme. Your short to medium term focus will be ServiceNow implementation projects within KPMG Sweden, after which your focus will turn to client delivery.
As a member of the Technology Transformation team working with the ServiceNow platform, you are a true business integrator, supporting our clients throughout all parts of their transformation journey. Your skills will be used to navigate the client landscape both in the business context as well as the technical field. You will also be an important part of our sales process, to sell and deliver the capabilities of ServiceNow as part of growing our practice. As a ServiceNow consultant at KPMG, you will join a Nordic team as well as our international network of experts who work close together.
As a part of our team, you will deliver work using KPMGs Powered Enterprise ; our globally developed methodology and assets for our digital solutions. You collaborate with our leading practitioners globally and leverage Powered Enterprise to accelerate our client’s transformations.
Key aspects of the role are:
Define, manage and deliver complex technology delivery projects based on ServiceNow’s platform and products suite including ITSM, ITOM, CSM, ESM, GRC/IRM, Security Operations
Manage the simultaneous delivery of a portfolio of projects and / or multi workstream programmes from inception to closure for KPMG Sweden
Confirm project / programme scope along with accompanying resource and financial models
Manage project deliveries to time, budget and quality
Manage and oversee project risks, issues and client reporting
Operate as a trusted advisor to project stakeholders
Challenge yourself to maintain your knowledge around the market segment, whilst developing technical breadth and depth of knowledge across numerous other areas
Build deep and lasting relationships with client, stakeholders and team members
Take a significant role in developing the capability of delivery teams, sharing knowledge and supporting the development of other team members
Build constructive, working relationships with KPMG’s global network of ServiceNow experts
Contribute to the development and implementation of product roadmaps
Ensure the project delivery team complies with KPMG standards and frameworks
2-10 years of experience of project management of delivering complex technology projects on time and on budget for global organisations across a variety of industries, including private and public sector, finance and corporates
Project management experience implementing technology enabled service management transformations (ServiceNow preferred but any complimentary technology also considered e.g. HPSM/Remedy)
Experience working with Agile SDLC methodologies
Demonstrable experience of managing multiple teams (onshore and offshore)
Industry recognised project management qualification - Prince 2, APM Practitioner or Certified Scrum Master
ITIL Service Operations or Service Transition Certification (V3 or V4 preferred)
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (in at least 1 product suite)
Pre-sales experience for ServiceNow solutions including responses to RFIs, RFPs and client facing presentations
Strong leadership qualities and a passion for technology
The ability to build deep and lasting relationships with stakeholders and team members
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities on multiple projects and initiatives
Can communicate with impact, in a way that is open, honest, consistent and clear to influence and align stakeholders around a proposed approach
Strong negotiator, influencer and team player, used to managing multiple stakeholders in demanding time-critical situations
Fluent in English, and Swedish is a plus
Stationed in Sweden and have a valid Swedish work permit
