• 3+ years of experience in at least three disciplines, such as business, information, solution or technical architecture, application development, middleware, information analysis, database management or operations in a multitier environment;
• 3+ years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation experience or Salesforce.com experience
• Good exposure to multiple, diverse technologies and processing environments
• A passion for constantly learning and applying new technologies in a constantly evolving environment.
• Ability in being familiar with large software systems , enterprise solutions, e.g.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills, strong independence and initiative, ability to work in agile delivery teams.
• Working with agile methodologies, such as Scrum, Kanban
• Salesforce certification: Marketing Cloud Administrator, Marketing Cloud Consultant or Marketing Cloud Developer or Pardot Consultant
