Senior Account Manager is responsible for generating new business with larger enterprise businesses and managing a portfolio of existing accounts. Reporting to the Head of Ecommerce, Senior Account Manager will proactively source and develop new business opportunities. Key responsibilities include recruiting partners for specific campaigns, building relationships and developing partner programs.
Daily tasks & job duties
Deliver gross profit to the ecommerce vertical
Define focus and create a timeline of own tasks
Identify larger advertisers and partners in a specific segments or categories
Offer Adtraction solutions, adapt and customize recommendations to suit varying customers needs
Actively work to build and expand Adtraction’s customer base
Convert business opportunities to contracts (including negotiation and contract management)
Share best practices and collaborate with the sales team to identify growth opportunities
Maintain and develop relationship with advertisers
Manage, analyze, evaluate and optimize partner programs
Maximize performance of managed accounts
Service multiple advertisers concurrently, often meeting deadlines in specific, high sales seasons (ex. Black Friday)
Recruitment of partners to specific programs
Use CRM system
Work with OKR goal setting framework
Maintain good service and results with customers
Actively participate in creating the vision and direction for the team
Report the results of your work to the Head of Ecommerce
Build Adtraction’s brand
Cooperate with other departments to enhance cross-country advertisers and partners acquisition

Minimum 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing
Interesting client portfolio
Ability to understand advertisers needs, requirements and being able to translate these into profitable solutions for both advertisers and Adtraction

Creative problem-solving skills
Fluent in English and Polish
