We are looking for our new Lead Frontend Developer to join our team of highly skilled and motivated software engineers. As Lead Frontend Developer, your role will include the development of responsive web applications and essential mobile apps, guiding our frontend initiatives, and building an adept in-house frontend team. You will get the opportunity to influence how the company and our solutions look in the long and short term. You will also take part in a team with a passion for creativity and problem-solving, and work with colleagues who like to be social and have fun together. What you will do :
Frontend development - mobile and web applications using React, TypeScript, and React Native.
Assume a leadership role in critical decision-making related to frontend tools, best practices, and strategic direction.
Take charge in establishing and growing our frontend team.
Effortlessly transition between ongoing projects and the launch of new innovative ventures.
Qualifications:
Higher education in IT.
5+ years of relevant professional experience.
Demonstrated expertise in frontend development.
Proficiency with frontend technologies such as React, React Native, and TypeScript.
Exceptional Norwegian or English skills.
