Head of Ecommerce is responsible for leading ecommerce operations in the Polish market, delivering growth and profitability. Main responsibilities include delivering gross profit, leading and managing ecommerce team, setting long term goals, analyzing the market and competitors. Head of Ecommerce in Poland is expected to manage operations in accordance with Adtraction’s values and principles, as well as to help coordinate with different departments across the company.


  • Deliver gross profit to ecommerce vertical

  • Define focus and create a timeline of the operations of the Polish ecommerce team

  • Identify key advertisers and partners in a specific segments or categories

  • Acquisition and then management of campaigns for key clients

  • Drive sales and build relationships

  • Use CRM system according to the Group standards

  • Contribute to the company growth

  • Building a strong position of the company on the market by acquiring new advertisers exclusively (not working with other networks)

  • Continuous development of the ecommerce department

Goals, Reporting & Forecasting

  • Report to the Country Manager Poland

  • Prepare forecast (including rolling monthly forecast)

  • Submit monthly reports, market analysis and overview

  • Work with OKR goal setting framework (department and individual OKRs)

Team & Employees

  • Oversee management of 3-7 people, eventual hiring and training of new ecommerce employees

  • Delegate responsibilities and set the employee focus strategy

  • Monitor employee performance

  • Lead the team and provide constructive, continuous feedback for employees

  • Organize and create workflow and processes within team

  • Use employee management platform for Check-ins, 1-1s, OKRs and Review Cycles

  • Identify development opportunities for employees


  • Build Adtraction’s brand

  • Cooperate with other departments to enhance cross-country advertisers and partners acquisition

Skills & Requirements


  • Minimum 5 years of experience in affiliate marketing

  • Experience in managing a team

  • Significant client portfolio

  • Ability to understand advertisers needs, requirements and being able to translate these into profitable solutions for both advertisers and Adtraction

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills

  • An entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to develop the business

  • Creative with ideas and vision for development of department and team

  • Able to provide constructive feedback

  • Well-organized

  • Fluent in English and Polish
