The Acquisition & Licensing business area within SF Studios makes all decisions on what content we co-produce and distribute. Being part of this team, means you will play a key part in the Nordic film industry and be in the center of things within SF Studios.
In the role as Acquisition & Licensing Coordinator, your responsibilities include both acting as a coordinator for the rights holders of Nordic and international projects, and supporting the licensing sales team on a daily basis in various types of tasks.
More specifically, you will:
Coordinate the release calendar for all acquisition titles in all countries and together with the team optimize release strategies and window structures
Work in close collaboration with our Nordic theatrical teams to coordinate releases and ensure they have the needed material relateing to our Nordic and International acquisition titles
Coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders on legal administration matters and materials delivery for all titles
Support in investment calculation decisions and rights structure optimization together with Investment Manager
Provide internal presentation materials on upcoming titles
Be the day-to-day link with our international sales partner REinvent to make sure they have the right information and material for the titles they distribute
Support the Licensing team in sales planning, communication and presentations
Support and coordinate with various functions on other administrative matters relating to our acquisition titles
In this role, you will report to SF Studios’ EVP Acquisition & Licensing.
To succeed in this role, we believe you have:
A post-secondary education within a relevant field, or minimum of 5 years experience in a coordinating role
Strong project management skills including planning and execution
Excellent interpersonal skills; able to work across business lines at all levels
Excellent written communication and presentation skills in both Swedish and English
Advanced computer literacy, including PowerPoint and Excel.
Previous experience from film/tv industry is positive but not a requirement
