About the position

We are happy to reopen this position for the talented applicants after being paused for a while.

Key Account Manager is working as part of our new Commercial team together with our other sales and customer care professionals.

In this role you will work with international pharmaceutical companies, providing solutions for pharmaceutical warehousing and distribution. You will be responsible for your own customer accounts from generating leads and presenting Oriola and our services, to managing high value quotations and contract negotiations. You will report to Commercial Director.

Your main purpose is to understand your customer´s needs and offer value added solutions to grow and develop the business. This means you are confident in meeting customers and taking part in procurement driven processes and strong in presenting and selling services both towards current and new customers. As a KAM you are responsible for the profitability of your customer accounts.

Other Requirements

  • minimum 3 years' experience in successful sales and account management role
  • experience in digital sales and account management (in addition to successful f2f interactions)
  • experience within the pharmaceutical industry is an asset
  • fluency in Finnish and English is essential
