Job Description

As a Senior Strategist/Planner at Animal your responsibility is to find out the right answers to the why’s, how’s and what’s that our clients need to communicate. We need you to fill in the gaps and find the unique path moving forward, and then communicate it like a TED-talker. And no, that last part is not a hard must-have, but at least you need to be an authentic shapeshifter that can deliver insights that inspires and excites creative minds, at the same time as you have the ability to become a trusted and fact-based advisor to our clients.

Ultimately, we need you to bring clear insights and solid measurable strategies that lead to world-class results that help brands grow over time. To manage this role you need to be an analytical fast thinker and a channel-agnostic in delivering strategies for campaigns, always-on and long-term concepts. To thrive at Animal, we also believe you must have proud and somewhat fuzzy feelings for outstanding creative output that creates real impact. As an agency working with global brands with local presence, proficiency in Swedish is required for this role.

What you'll do at Animal:

• Deliver insights, creative briefs and coms strategies to our teams and clients.
• Independently lead and advise several of Animal's key clients.
• Secure good integration between Animal's methodologies and processes across ARC.
• Acts as a mentor both to junior and senior team members.
• Identify the need for new talent.
• Probe client and market trends as well as observe how strategic concepts evolve.
• Continuously validate and evolve Animal's strategic position within the creative industry.
