About the Department: Media Analyst Team (Delivery Services)
Meltwater’s Delivery Services team is responsible for curating bespoke reports and managing key projects of our biggest clients. We deliver business-essential intelligence reports based on our keen analyses of various media outlets across traditional and social media channels.

What You'll Do:
Conduct quantitative and qualitative media data analysis, for the purpose of providing clients with insight into their brand perception, media performance, competitor landscape, campaign performance, industry / consumer insights reports etc.
Manage your portfolio of monthly/quarterly projects and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the delivery process
Analyse mainstream media and social media content to draw meaningful insights which help with furthering our clients' strategic communications goals
Utilise our Meltwater proprietary software, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint extensively, to cover end-to-end process of extracting raw data, uncovering insights, and delivering reports in a digestible format to clients
Curate and compile newsletters (news digests) and summarise articles for Meltwater’s business to business clients.
Play an integral role of working cohesively with your team to ensure all deliverables and tasks are completed in good quality and well within deadlines
Brainstorm and strategize ways to evolve & improve report quality and objectives, catering to clients’ changing requirements or feedback
Work closely and interdependently with your internal team, Enterprise clients and Account Managers with a shared purpose of value-adding to clients
Skills & Requirements
Who You Are:
Attained a Bachelor's Degree (in any specialisation)
Entry level / have up to 1 - 2 years of relevant work experience
Proficient in using Microsoft Excel, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Microsoft PowerPoint etc.
Strong proficiency (both written and spoken) in English; proficiency in more languages is a plus!
Excellent report writing and presentation skills, with experience in both qualitative and quantitative reporting
Keen interest in current affairs, mainstream media, and social media
Derive great enjoyment being in a client success role with a naturally strong customer focus
Able to think critically – look at numbers, trends, and data and come to conclusions based on the findings
Meticulous – have an eye for detail, ensure data integrity & precision, and exercise vigilance in the analysis to come to correct conclusions
Experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio is a plus
Able to work flexible hours / rotational shifts, & must be currently residing in India
