Job Description

Are you the new Chief Commercial Officer to join our team? We are looking for a highly motivated individual to take our company to the next level. The ideal candidate will have experience from targeted sales work, solution sales and SaaS solutions on the international scene.

ZoopIt is a technology driven and innovative provider of cloud-based logistics and transportation management software. Zoopit combines AI, statistics and human experience to optimize and automate all parts of a delivery. The software system saves time, money and lets companies deliver with ease.

Our customers are large retailers, wholesale and distribution companies (e.g. Meny, NorgesGruppen, Bama, Kremmerhuset and many more) with varied business requirements and optimization needs. We utilize cutting edge research and drive innovation in our field, striving to streamline every aspect of the delivery process.

We are looking for a sales representative with an interest in solving problems for potential customers and help them save money on their distribution


  • Generate new sales and business
  • Build and manage a high performing sales and marketing team
  • Develop and implement sales and leads strategies
  • Extensive customer contact
  • Communicate and match Zoopit’s features and functionality to customers needs and requirements
  • Communicate customers needs to Zoopit’s support and R&D team
  • Develop marketing initiatives to maximize exposure and profitability
  • Some travelling is required
Skills & Requirements


  • Academic degree (long experience with great results can compensate for this)
  • 3+ years of experience in sales
  • Experienced B2B solution seller of SaaS solutions
  • Entrepreneur mindset and self-motivated person who are looking to further develop in sales in an innovative and successful scaleup company
  • Fluent in English is a requirement, and other European languages skills is a plus

  • You are result driven, decisive and have good decision making abilities
  • Effective communication skills, and ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with various stakeholders
  • You must be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment, and be a self-starter.
  • You are result-oriented, have an open mind, curious and a have a solution oriented mindset
