ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re a Digital Experience and Commerce powerhouse! We’re in the business of helping companies to succeed with their digital goals, and are looking for a Growth Consultant to join our team of professionals and work with market leading companies locally and globally.
Firstly, you’re the client's trusted advisor. With the experience of the combined team behind you (+500 Vaimo’ers and +400 projects) you make our clients accelerate their digital success. This usually involves running inspirational sessions, helping build roadmaps/priorities, and providing recommendations (and problem-solving) to initiatives that will improve the top or bottom line of their business.
As a Growth Consultant, you’re working closely with an account owner (often a Business Unit Manager) and the Project Manager who is typically leading a dedicated technical delivery team. Your role is to lead the commercial business development. Your most important goals are to ensure client satisfaction, growth of client KPI’s and increase commercial engagement.
We know there are many digital disciplines to master in E-commerce. But what we’re looking for is a generalist with a solid foundation of understanding the principles of e-commerce to be able to connect client challenges and opportunities, with our expertise, experience, and partner ecosystem.

Examples (not limited to) what type of activities you might be doing:
Follow-up on KPI’s and targets in tools as Google Analytics and Google Data Studio
Facilitate workshops and sessions
Use our Digital Roadmap process to establish goals, KPI’s and activities summarised into a yearly roadmap
Attend internal and partner training to understand the latest and greatest within the world of Commerce
Consult and grow 3-5 of selected existing key clients
With consultative sales, identity win-win opportunities
Deliver ad-hoc and continuous e-commerce growth consulting
Drive workshops to scope out larger functionalities or services
Build roadmaps that will help your clients forecast budgets and dependencies
Work closely with our technical delivery teams around clients satisfaction and deliveries
Quote and lead ad-hoc consulting & UX engagements to existing clients
WHO ARE YOU?
We don’t know exactly who you are, but we think you might be a fun-loving and social person with a creative mind, but you probably also like to dress to impress when you meet a client. Maybe you love tacos and beer, or maybe you prefer a poké bowl and sparkling water - we don’t really care, as long as you are happy to work with a bunch of unique and driven people.
Qualifications we’re looking for:
2-3 years of practical e-commerce or digital marketing experience from working with or in midsize companies
Solid understanding of e-commerce best-practises
A strong communicator that can engage people
Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Excellent English communication and presentation skills
Other experiences that would help:
Experience with digital and e-commerce platform implementation
Retail and/or B2B experience
Google Analytics (or similar) certification
