F-Secure is looking for a talented and passionate Junior Marketing Manager to plan, implement, execute, measure, and optimize integrated B2B marketing activities for Germany, Austria, and Switzerland (DACH), which have a business impact on our target audiences. In this role, you will be responsible for channel marketing, end-customer demand generation activities, and brand awareness creation in the above-mentioned market. This role is a unique opportunity for junior B2B marketing professional to grow and improve their skills and support the ambitious strategy of a fast-growing, client and channel-focused business. The marketing function is very performance-driven – we want to understand the business impact of our campaigns and activities. You will enjoy this role if you are a marketer passionate to learn about our industry, get energized by end-to-end responsibility while being hands-on in marketing execution on lead generation, channel marketing, and brand awareness creation.

As a Junior Marketing Manager, we expect high interpersonal skills with a can-do attitude and a desire to deliver measurable results with modern and digital marketing tactics. You will have several stakeholder groups with whom you will work:

  • Local marketing (DACH)
  • Central marketing
  • A global team of regional and country marketers
  • Local sales team
  • Channel partners in DACH

You will report directly to the Regional Head of Marketing. Working closely with key commercial stakeholders within the business, you will influence/develop, and execute the local marketing plan for the region. You will be responsible for channel marketing and demand generation, hit commercial KPIs for lead/pipeline generation, and ensure that we are positioning ourselves as thought leaders in the industry within the defined territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Demand/lead generation activities to ensure measurable lead and sales opportunity pipeline creation together with sales and channel partners – content and digital performance marketing (working closely with local & central marketing) as well as hosted and/or industry events
  • Brand awareness creation and close collaboration with our local communications/PR counterpart
  • Influence our regular Partner communication, which resonates, and own the German-speaking part of our Partner Portal
  • Marketing budget management and ROI control

What are we looking for?

  • 2+ years in a B2B marketing role within ICT Industry
  • Proactive approach, ability to think and act outside the box
  • Structured planning & execution, budget management, and co-marketing skills with an ROI driven mindset
  • Ability to collaborate with several internal and external stakeholders
  • Team player with a good sense of humor
  • German native and very good in English
  • Good eye for details, ability to plan and execute concrete activities and results end to end
  • Experience of working with CRM (Salesforce) is an advantage
