We are now looking for a Senior Client Director/Business Director to join our team.
The ideal candidate has a passion for people and knows how to engage clients of different backgrounds and seniority levels. You are commercially driven and interested in developing Animal’s business with an eye to our mission – to create communication people willingly wish to engage with.
As Client Director/Business Director it will be your task to handle our most important key accounts and provide the expertise and insight needed to grow the business, while delivering top class creative work together with our amazing creative team. In return you will have the opportunity to be part of shaping the future of Animal together with ARC (the group of companies Animal belongs to, focusing on our clients full circle digital growth). You will have access to the best and the brightest people within communication, branding, digital marketing as well as digital and physical product design. We are on a journey to become the benchmark of our industry, by making our clients the benchmarks of theirs.
In the role as Client Director/Business Director at Animal, your areas of responsibility are:

Liaising with clients at a senior level on a day-to-day basis.

Promoting the expansion of business with existing clients.

Leading a team to provide the utmost level of client service.

Working with the Animal management team and other senior managers to generate new business leads and accounts.

Working closely with CEO and ECD to shape and sell Animal’s communication offering.

Using your skills to push clients, and the agency, creatively and strategically.

Taking a lead in clients’ communication strategies.

The ability to handle strategic dialogue together with the client.

Responsible for handling agreements for the client.

Responsible for evaluating client/Animal relationship and performance.

The ability to build relationships and create new touch points in the organization as well as maintain and develop existing ones.

A holistic mindset and view of the client and business

Educate clients and influence to sell strategic and creative solutions.

Conduct negotiations in the mutual best interest of clients.

Monitor and manage account profitability above margin targets.
The ideal candidate will:

Be part of recruiting new clients (1-3 small, 1 medium, 1 large per year).

Grow, secure & expand SOWs on existing clients.

Be inclusive & transparent with the entire creative team and share monthly & quarterly updates on progress.

Deliver measurable value to our clients.

+10-15 years of experience
-
Preferably experience within Management Consulting
