About the opportunity:
In this position you’ll be required to have a broad range of skills to succeed. You’ll be working on all sides of our complex B2B marketplace platform, both the vendor platform, the customer side, and the admin side.
You need to have experience in project managment and skills in leading other developers, external and internal teams preferably. You also need to love to work both hands on with coding as well as in more planning, envisioning and strategic streams.

You will be in a highly communicative position and will partly lead our external developers and engaging them in the company mission and vision, and partly communicate priorities, technical requirements and challenges to the leadership to understand and make informed decisions and iterating the roadmap together. If you also have previous experience working close with leadership and prioritizing roadmaps, backlogs and Jira-tasks according to business priorities and customer demand, that’s a merit but not a must.

E-commerce background or large database background is also a merit.We are looking for a team player who wants to jump aboard a start-up in an early stage and be fully responsible together with the leadership for the company’s success! The role includes:

• Taking lead on the deployment processes.

• Coordinating the team of existing and future resources.

• Creating, assigning and following up on development targets for yourself and team members, aligning them with our business goals.

• Reaching deeper into customer understanding and market logics together with leadership.

• Maintaining systems and taking lead on issues, failures or threats.

• Coordinating team communications through weekly updates.

• Gradually merging the current system architecture into the future system architecture together with- and as envisioned by the CTO.
