Haglöfs AB is now recruiting a Strategic Key Account Manager to our Sales team. The role can be based in Stockholm, Sweden or in Oslo, Norway. The position is a permanent full-time position.

As Strategic Key Account Manager you will play an important part in contributing to Haglöfs’ continued success, performing strategical and operational key account management of one of our key customers. Your main focus will be to build sustainable growth and profitability in line with Haglöfs seasonal and long-term business goals and strategies.

Main responsibilities and tasks:

  • Internal and external ownership of strategic collaboration and development of the account
  • Lead and develop Joint Business Plan externally together with the account
  • Lead and develop Joint Business Plan and internal processes. Involve and engage all relevant cross-functional members to secure development in accordance to agreed initiatives in Joint Business Plan
  • Monitor progress on agreed KPI:s in Joint Business Plan


  • Active role in our sales community to secure optimized assortment planning
  • Full responsibility on seasonal offers and the entire pre-order sell- in execution
  • Full responsibility on seasonal account staff training, engagement and other activities to optimize stock turn, sell out and profitability for the strategic account
  • Hands on follow up on GTM process and execution both internally and externally
  • First point of contact for the account in day-to-day sales related topics
  • Close collaboration with all relevant internal resources within Product, Marketing and Operations
  • Regularity reporting to HQ in accordance with given structure
  • Close follow up on all relevant KPI:s and execute necessary actions
  • Be the account expert and go-to person within Haglöfs

As Strategic Key Account Manager you will report directly to the Global Head of Wholesale and have regular contact with colleagues within Sales, Product, Marketing and Operations.

We are looking for a person who is interested in taking on both strategic and operational tasks. To be successful in this role you should have/be:

  • Minimum 5 years practical experience from key account management within a relevant industry
  • A relevant academic education, preferably in Sales, Business management or Marketing
  • Excellent commercial and brand buildning understanding
  • Proven track record of growing sales and customer development at key account level
  • Ability to manage and drive process and planning in cross-functional teams
  • Result oriented with excellent negotiation- and analytical skills
