Tiger is on a mission! A mission to provide all customers, consumers, partners, and colleagues with the best premium service ever and we are now looking for a Customer Care Agent to join the Customer Service team from the beginning of February 2022.

Your key responsibility is to ensure that the highest levels of customer service are delivered to both our offline and online consumers, customers, partners, and colleagues in the sales department at all times and via every communication channel. Furthermore, there will be back up and in-house sales as well as replenishments on stock orders.

Together will the greatest and most passionated Customer Service Team, you will be mainly responsible to develop and maintain strong relationships with wholesale customers and help them facilitate re-orders over the phone and on the B2B portal. You will also become a Customer Care specialist on the webshop responsible for responding to all our online consumers via E-mail, Chat, and Telephone and making sure we reach the set SLA´s for our online customers.
You will be trained and become a product specialist that can provide information regarding products/services and other related inquiries to all consumers and customers.

What you will be doing

  • Sales order processing
  • Support customers with placing orders of seasonal products and NOS products
  • Pro-actively follow the customers business and ToS’s stock holdings and suggest re-ordering of relevant products (back-up sale)
  • Maintain accurate sales orders and ensure order confirmations and delivery notes are correct and on time
  • Ensuring all customers are informed of delays
  • Managing all customer complaints and feedback
  • Sales invoice enquires
  • Liaising with the warehouse teams to release pick requests in a timely manor
  • Dealing with customer queries (email, chat, and phone) globally
  • Managing pre-and post-sales activities
  • Maintaining customers loyalty and building close client and partner relationships to boost sales and help sell-through targets
  • Analyzing and evaluating customer feedback to find a better way of working/solving issues
  • Handling claims from E-comm customers
  • Providing the best possible service to all customers on all channels
  • Updating our Help Center with relevant information
  • Posting stories, issues, etc. on the Tiger app
  • Updating the chatbot
  • Supporting the CS Manager with admin tasks
