We are looking for an excellent Strategy Manager to join us in our mission to contribute to a greener future.

The Strategy Manager is responsible for developing long-term goals and strategic objectives in collaboration with Cuberg and Northvolt leadership. At Cuberg, the Strategy Manager will be responsible for supporting Cuberg’s business in go-to-market strategy, and driving organizational performance across R&D and operations. You will work cross functionally to develop achievable goals and implement processes that improve organizational effectiveness and build a sustainable competitive advantage.

The role is a part of our passionate Northvolt Cuberg team based in SF Bay Area, United States and will report directly to the CEO of Northvolt Cuberg.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Support the development of long-term business strategy, including budgeting and forecasting, supporting business development, and driving strategic partnerships.
  • Conduct research and analyses of operational effectiveness, processes, stakeholders, etc.
  • Align departmental goals, processes and resource allocation with the organizational strategy.
  • Assess market trends and competitive positioning.
  • Identify threats and opportunities to the business
  • Present findings, projections and recommended actions.
  • Plan, implement and manage proposed recommendations and projects.
  • Monitor and report on projects.
  • Support and guide senior executive decision-making processes.

The person we are looking for got an analytical mind set, is a strategic thinker with strong organizational and problem-solving skills and outstanding presentation skills. You are used to a high paced work environment and has as a do-whatever-it-takes attitude and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment. Skills & Requirements

We believe that you have:

  • BA/BS degree in business or related field, MBA preferred
  • 4-7 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or high growth tech
  • Excellent understanding of business operations and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational, planning, research and analytical skills
  • Strong adopter of systems, technology, and general business tools
