Salary: £31,000 base salary, £42,600 OTE

Location: London, Shoreditch

What you’ll Do:

The Business Development Representative is responsible for owning the identification and development of quality sales opportunities for our Client Success team. You will take ownership for prospecting and nurturing new opportunities within our client portfolio. The goal is to build a strong pipeline of sales opportunities to deliver on monthly targets.

You will work with and learn from great sellers and a strong leadership team, in a supportive environment focused on personal development and career advancement. High-performers in this role can expect to advance their career within 9-12 months in Sales & Account Management positions.


  • Lead qualification & conversion to sales opportunities from outbound incentives.
  • Track and forecast sales activities.
  • KPIs based around opportunities created and conversion rates.
  • Proactively look for improvements in lead management and other sales & marketing processes.
  • Keep abreast of new product features, updates & partnerships, customer success stories and market trends.
Skills & Requirements

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree with evidence of high achievement in academics and extracurriculars
  • 0-1 year of business or internship experience, bonus points for marketing or social media experience
  • Desire to work in B2B tech sales
  • Strong executive presence with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Team player mentality with the ability to work independently toward ambitious goals
  • Coachable, self-motivated, curious, and resilient
  • Excellent organizational skills and time management
  • Excellent Communication Skill
