What you will do
You will run experimentation programs, manage processes, roadmaps and facilitate prioritization workshops. You will work with different teams and competences and be responsible for client deliverables.
We have the ambition of building one of the worlds strongest experimentation teams and as a result we are growing our CRO function. The role provides the opportunity and platform to express your curiosity, creativity and passion for experimentation, while working with like minded colleagues.
How your work day usually looks like
Owning and optimizing the experimentation process and program
Running workshops with clients focussing on hypothesis creation and knowledge sharing (amongst others)
Continuously analyzing the performance of funnel conversion and user behavior, to identify areas of opportunity and inform hypothesis creation
Analyzing experimentation performance and presenting results both internally and externally
Developing the internal proposition of Conversionista by keeping up to date with new CRO methodology, theory and tech and sharing in appropriate internal forums
Who are you?
You are a people person who is flexible, adaptive and like to work in an iterative way. At the same time, you are comfortable in taking your own initiatives and driving things forward. You have decision making skills and like to have a clear view of where you want to go and why. You are very communicative and also able to see other people's perspectives. You have an interest in driving business impact through experimentation.
You can be described as strong but humble, and you like to educate others. You are patient and have an analytical mindset.
We'd love to meet people who:
Have 2+ years owning and running experimentation programs/processes
Are able to create data driven hypothesis, with the ability to source, analyze and interpret findings from data
Have strong knowledge of tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics, and experimentation platforms (i.e., Google Optimize, Optimizely, VWO or similar)
Can create, build and maintain relationships with wider business functions (i.e., Product, Design, and Development teams)
Need to have:
Understand fundamentals in CRO/experimentation.
Basics in Analytics
Basics, or at least interest in, behavior psychology
