About the Role

At Heart Aerospace, our Employer Branding & Talent Acquisition team is committed to providing outstanding talent attraction solutions to support business growth by employer branding activation; proactive sourcing and recruiting.

We are currently looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition & Global Mobility Specialist to join our HR Team. To excel as a Specialist, we expect you to be experienced within a fast-paced, in-house Talent Acquisition environment.

You will be entrusted with an on-going quest to attract the best people within the aerospace industry, maintain a strong employment brand, and ensure great relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders. You should have a sharp eye for talented people and a great passion for delivering excellence. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for the delivery of the recruitment process and contributing to the TA process.

This position will report into the Head of Human Resources.

What you will do:

  • Drive the candidate attraction and selection process and provide the highest level of Talent Acquisition services to Heart Aerospace’s business units

  • Contribute to the development and the overall scale up plan

  • Embrace and drive Employer Branding and Talent Acquisition Principles, methodologies & tools, process, knowledge

  • Identify qualified candidates via screening, engage and present viable resumes to hiring managers

  • Develop staffing strategies and define priorities with other talent acquisition team members

  • Support and guide managers to meet their hiring needs, acting as a trusted advisor

  • Coordinate with external relocation supplier

  • Guide candidates and new employees through the onboarding process

  • Attend external recruitment activities (universities, fairs, conferences, etc.)

  • Participate in special projects and events

Skills & Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Human Resources

  • Minimum 3-5 years-experience of related professional experience of employer branding and talent acquisition recruiting processes

  • Ability to operate effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced, collaborative environment, able to dig for data and use that data to craft actionable change in marketing communications plans

  • Strong organizational skills: demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and able to react to shifting priorities to meet business needs

  • Experience utilizing an Applicant Tracking System (preferably Jobylon), sourcing strategy and social media

  • Customer service and drive for results orientation: ability to establish and maintain credibility with key stakeholders with experience managing, internal and external client relationships in a complex environment required

  • Experienced with recruiting technology and practices like networking, social media, online recruiting (such as LinkedIn Recruiting) and others required

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Experience with conducting behavioral based interviews

  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English

  • Eagerness to work with others
