Our first aircraft is the ES-19, a nineteen-passenger airliner with an operating range of 400 km. The ES-19 is a fully electric aircraft, and our goal is to have the aircraft certified for commercial operation by 2026.

About the Role
At Heart Aerospace, our Employer Branding & Talent Acquisition team is committed to providing outstanding talent attraction solutions to support business growth enhancing Global Attraction through talent segmentation; employer branding activation; proactive sourcing and recruiting.
We are currently looking for an experienced Employer Branding & Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR Team. To excel as a Specialist, we expect you to be experienced within a fast-paced, in-house Employer branding and recruitment environment and with a strong employer brand social media activation.
You will be entrusted with an on-going quest to attract the best people within the aerospace industry, maintain a strong employment brand, and ensure great relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders. You should have a sharp eye for talented people and a great passion for delivering excellence.
You will report into the Head of Human Resources.
What you will do:
Drive the candidate attraction and selection process and provide the highest level of Talent Acquisition services to Heart Aerospace’s business units
Contribute to the development and the overall Employer Branding plan at the local level across all strategic channels i.e. digital media and universities
Define an Employer Branding digital execution plan aligned with Heart’s Digital Strategy, HR Strategy and business need Talents, with the aim of promoting Heart Aerospace as an attractive employer on digital and social media channels and supporting the achievement of key metrics including all channels KPI’s
Define a compelling Employer Branding Content and Material Strategy and executing plan that attracts our desired target audience
Manage the Employer branding calendar, campaign planning, recruitment digital marketing projects globally and paid advertising initiatives and agency relation
Monitor effects of digital activities, follow-up, evaluate and take corrective actions if needed
Strategically advises hiring managers, develops and maintains strong working relationships in order to partner with HR team and hiring managers to drive the recruitment process, across different business units
Identify qualified candidates via screening, engage and present viable resumes to hiring managers
Other TA Recruiting responsibilities may include: source and recruit, build effective talent pipeline and communicate recruitment process to all levels of the business; conducting interviews with identified candidates; and engaging candidates with appropriate follow-up and feedback to facilitate positive candidate experience
Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Human Resources
Minimum 3-5 years-experience of related professional recruiting activity and employer brand activation
Data driven, strategic thinker able to assess employer branding priorities and design creative differentiating strategies
Ability to operate effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced, collaborative environment
Strong organizational skills: demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and able to react to shifting priorities to meet business needs
Experience utilizing an Applicant Tracking System (preferably Jobylon), sourcing strategy and social media
Customer service and drive for results orientation: ability to establish and maintain credibility with key stakeholders with experience managing, internal and external client relationships in a complex environment required, experience in a multi-layered, matrix organization
Experienced with recruiting technology and practices like networking, social media, online recruiting (such as LinkedIn Recruiting) and others required
Experience with conducting behavioral based interviews
Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English

COST-EFFICIENTElectrification changes the equation for regional air travel. Electric aircraft are affordable to buy, operate and maintain. Simple, reliable electric motors reduce maintenance costs by 90% compared to turboprops, and intelligent electronic monitoring reduces inspection needs. Most importantly, fuel costs go down by 50-75%.
