Futucare is Futurice’s model for ensuring continuity, support and small feature development of in-production systems. It offers a 360 view to projects, technologies and architectural solutions developed by Futurice’s highly skilled teams in recent years.

We have a team of over 20 persons. Currently the team operates from Tampere but in the future there may also be other sites and remote team members involved. Futurice’s awesome and skilled community together with the Futucare team having one of the highest engagement score at Futurice is surely something you definitely don’t want to miss.

We are looking for experienced System Specialists to join our team in Tampere! We offer cloud and software maintenance services to both public and private side customers. Our service time is weekdays between 8am to 5pm.

We have a modern Service Desk, where most of the incoming issues are solved in the first line. Your work would consist of on-call duties during service time and depending on your background resolving cloud or software issues. There is a possibility for on-call duties outside working hours, but those are always agreed separately.

As a part of our Service Desk you are able to learn new technologies and gain experience in different environments to widen your tech toolbox and learn the best practices and ways of working. Tech stack itself can vary since we are working with multiple modern stacks. Furthermore you gain understanding from various different client organizations, their businesses, needs & ways of working to become a trusted advisor towards the clients.

  • Know-how of some of the following cloud technologies: Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform

  • Knowledge and experience of IT Service Management best practices, such as ITIL

  • Fluent both in English and Finnish

Previous experience or knowledge on some of the following skills are seen as a plus

  • Experience of Jira Service Management

  • Know-how about DevOps and Agile methodologies

  • Software development skills
