We're now looking for a Global Renewal Manager that wants to participate in building our success story!

What you'll do

  • Renewing Subscription and Support contracts with our existing customers
  • Help to standardise our commercial arrangements across the installed base
  • Help the customers to realise greater value from our Software and Services
  • Grow the average revenue per customer
  • Maintain and increase the current level of customer satisfaction
  • Play a key role of our broader business transformation
  • Get Global exposure and traveling

What you'll bring

  • Commercial experience; account management, handling contracts and negotiations
  • Passionate about business development and creating new sales opportunities
  • A hands-on attitude with a willingness to to roll up your sleeves, contribute, and add value
  • An analytical and Linear minset
  • Strong Communication Skills in English; both written and verbal
  • It's beneficial if you have experience within Sales, IT Industry and/or within the Telco vertical
