Job Description

To help fuel our ambitious growth plans, we’re on the hunt for our next superstar - someone who is ready to take on the challenge to shape and scale our recruiting and onboarding practices to lay the foundation for building a team of stars!

In this role, you will be combining your talent acquisition expertise and employer branding skills in order to identify, engage and bring on world-class talents within tech, design, product and marketing.

You will play a leading role in working with guiding your team and recruiting leaders throughout the entire process from need to source to hire to onboarding. Your responsibility is to define and execute a first-class candidate experience and make interviewing with Albert unique and remarkable for each potential hire.

What you'll do

  • Collaborate with team leads to deeply understand different roles and identify resourcing needs.
  • Work closely with the management team to align our growth strategy with our talent strategy.
  • Develop our ability to work with unbiased, evidence based recruiting
  • Screen and interview candidates to identify skills and value fit.
  • Create strategies for sourcing, engaging and nurturing top-tier talent, as well as be hands on in taking action on these strategies together with the wider team
  • Define and execute on our recruitment and onboarding practices.
  • Continuously improve the candidate experience.
  • Build our employer brand and evangelise the company in the job market.
  • Define Albert’s EVP and position the company in the job market

What you're good at

  • Very strong interpersonal skills and good at making people feel at ease.
  • Written and verbal communication in English.
  • Conducting competency-based interviews.
  • Understanding roles involved in a Tech company and be able to talk about them.
  • Get things done mentality. You are goal-oriented, not afraid to jump in where needed - you make things happen!
  • You know how to prioritize tasks and goals in a challenging, fast-paced and high growth environment.
  • Attention to detail and not afraid to question status quo.
  • Good storyteller who can engage and enthuse people.
